We start with a 4' chunk of 1.5"  1/4" wall DOM tubing and cut it to length.  We will take 7/8" theaded bungs and weld them into the tube.  We will thread a jamb nut onto the "Chevy" 7/8" 1-ton tie rod end and thread it into the tube.   We use part numbers EX2234R an EX2234L for the tie rod and ES2027L and ES2026R for the draglink.  These ends fit most Chevy, Dodge and Ford 3/4 tons and 1-tons with many exceptions.  We can ream out your knuckle, steering arm or pitman arm to match the 1-ton size and taper, for an additional charge.  Only $169.99 for 1 draglink or 1 tie rod.  Only $30 a knuckle for reaming or $50 a knuckle if on vehicle.  Compare anywhere for price and strength!

When you add hydraulic assist to a Saginaw steering box you will need two additional pressure holes.  The top hole should be drilled and tapped through the top aluminum plate.  The back hole requires the use of this part.  It is tapped with a 3/8" NPT hole.
